The role requires residence in the Cleveland, OH area with travel up to 10% and involves managing a team responsible for building operations and maintenance. You will drive performance, recruit and develop staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance with regulations while building strong client relationships and delivering strategic facilities management

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of experience and education considered in lieu.
• Healthcare facilities leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management preferred.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and guide performance expectations.

• Supervise employees, monitor training, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee hiring.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules, and cross-train staff.
• Mentor staff and manage deadlines; report regional facilities performance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and conduct regular meetings on facility performance.
• Prepare presentations for project approvals and manage capital projects and budgets.
• Inspect facilities for quality assurance and ensure compliance with regulations.
