Guardant Health seeks a Regional Strategic Account Manager, Health Systems to expand adoption of Shield and Guardant’s portfolio across prioritized IDNs and organized customer groups. You will lead enterprise growth by building strategic account plans and engaging C‑level leaders.

This role requires navigating complex health system environments, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and delivering measurable outcomes while upholding compliance and integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Account Management at C/D-Suite.
• Experience in strategic/enterprise account management within complex health systems/IDNs.
• Experience enabling adoption through workflow change and EMR-enabled implementation.
• Executive presence with strong business acumen and collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans across health systems.
• Engage enterprise decision-makers (C/D-suite, service line leaders, etc.) and align Guardant solutions to priorities.
• Drive Shield adoption and scale through health system enablement and EMR integration support.
• Lead QBRs/MBRs with defined metrics to track progress and expansion.
• Coordinate with internal Guardant teams to ensure compliant execution.
