Job summary

Molina Healthcare in the United States is seeking an experienced provider relations professional to lead network development and education for the plan’s providers. You will act as the primary liaison between Molina and contracted providers, manage relationships, and ensure adherence to Molina policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Six years of provider services experience in Medicaid/Medicare or Marketplace settings.
• Strong knowledge of health plan operations, contracts, and provider networks.
• Ability to train, educate and present to providers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider relations activities across Central & Southern IL.
• Educate providers on Molina initiatives and compliance with policies.
• Resolve complex provider issues across departments and leadership.
• Perform provider site visits and coordinate timely issue resolution.
• Deliver on-the-spot training and counseling to providers and staff.
• Drive EMR connectivity, portal adoption, and performance improvement.
