Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a leadership-level Provider Relations professional to act as the primary liaison between Molina and its contracted providers within the health plan service area. You will drive provider engagement, contract negotiation, and education while ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will coordinate end-to-end contracting, maintain accurate provider data, and lead initiatives to improve access, quality, and member satisfaction across networks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in provider contracting, network and provider relations in managed care.
• Experience with diverse provider types (physicians, hospitals, ancillary).
• Proficiency in managed care compensation methods (FFS, value-based, capitation, ASO, risk).
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between Molina and contracted providers.
• Build trusted relationships with providers to drive satisfaction and partnership.
• Educate, advocate, and engage providers per Molina initiatives and performance expectations.
• Maintain provider tracking systems, reports, and documentation.
• Initiate, negotiate, and manage provider contracts and amendments.
• Communicate contract terms and reimbursement rates clearly to providers.
• Coordinate contracting end-to-end and ensure timely execution and compliance.
