Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Provider Relations Leader to support Central & Southern IL providers within the Molina network. You will lead provider education, engagement and policy compliance, serving as the main liaison between providers and the health plan.

The role requires deep knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare provider networks, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate a cross-functional organization with senior leadership involvement. Travel 60%+ is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in provider services or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Medicaid/Medicare and government-sponsored plans.
• Experience with provider compensation methods (FFS, capitation, risk).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider relations activities and education within Molina network.
• Serve as primary contact between Molina and contracted providers.
• Coordinate training, education, and policy compliance with providers.
• Resolve complex provider issues across departments and with senior leadership.
• Schedule and conduct provider site visits to meet monthly goals.
• Deliver trainings and presentations to providers and staff as needed.
• Monitor provider satisfaction and drive improvements across initiatives.
