Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a seasoned Provider Relations leader to support the Central & Southern IL region. You will act as the primary liaison between Molina and contracted providers, guiding education, compliance and satisfaction initiatives, including EMR connectivity and portal adoption.

The role requires extensive travel (60%+), strong experience with Medicaid/Medicare provider models, and proven ability to collaborate across departments while delivering training and strategic network

Qualifications

6+ years in provider services or equivalent health plan experience.
Strong understanding of government-sponsored health plans.
Experience with Medicaid/Medicare provider compensation models.
Experience with community providers and agencies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead provider relations initiatives for Molina network across central and southern IL.
Serve as primary contact between Molina and contracted providers.
Educate providers on Molina policies and initiatives; drive portal adoption and EMR connectivity.
Resolve complex provider issues across departments and leadership.
Conduct site visits and coordinate training with providers and staff.
Deliver trainings and presentations to providers and staff.
