Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of provider services experience with Medicaid/Medicare.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience with provider education and site visits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider relations activities and act as the primary liaison between Molina and contracted providers.
• Educate, engage, and coordinate with high-volume providers, including complex contracts.
• Manage provider satisfaction, issue intake, and ensure policy compliance and program adoption.
• Conduct provider site visits and training, and facilitate issue resolution across departments.
• Support network development, communication, and alignment with Molina initiatives.
