Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, provider services, or claims experience in a managed care or medical office setting.
• Understanding of the health care delivery system, including government-sponsored health plans.
• Knowledge of provider compensation methodologies, including FFS, capitation and risk-based models.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating educational presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage high-priority providers to ensure satisfaction and education on Molina initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact between Molina and complex provider community.
• Educate and engage providers while ensuring policy compliance and portal adoption.
• Resolve complex provider issues that cross departments and involve leadership.
• Conduct regular provider site visits and optimize scheduling to meet goals.
• Provide on-site training and education as needed.
• Lead problem-solving meetings among providers and Molina stakeholders.
• Deliver trainings to provider offices and large groups.
• Promote participation in Molina initiatives (CAHPS, quality programs, etc.).
• Travel 80%+ for site visits (same-day or overnight).
