Job summary

Ascension Living is seeking a results‑driven finance leader for the Operations department. This role drives accurate financial, billing, and administrative workflows to sustain regulatory compliance and fiscal health across the region.

You will audit billing practices, optimize revenue cycle performance, and partner with regional leadership to analyze trends and mitigate risks while coaching business office teams for consistent service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience, with 2 in leadership/management.
• Or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience, with 2 in leadership/management.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial billing regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct financial, billing, and administrative workflows to maintain regulatory compliance and fiscal health across the region.
• Audit billing practices to maximize reimbursement and protect financial sustainability.
• Partner with regional leadership to analyze financial trends and mitigate operational risks.
• Lead business office teams through coaching, training, and support to ensure high service standards.
