Job summary

Azria Health is seeking a Regional Maintenance Assistant to support the Director of Maintenance across healthcare facilities. Travel between multiple buildings in Kansas and Iowa is required, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

The role demands hands-on maintenance skills, ability to document inspections, and strong teamwork to ensure resident well-being. High school diploma and 2 years of maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in building maintenance.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Driver's License is required.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventive maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• Assist with minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, sheet rock and electrical upkeep and repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections and document findings.
• Ensure facility compliance with State and Federal regulations and Fire Marshall requirements.
• Inspect fire alarms, zone lines, sprinklers, and safety surveys.
• Maintain logs and drills using the TELS program.
• Plan schedules based on facility needs.
• Maintain records per policies.
• Respond to emergency calls.
