Qualifications

• Previous building maintenance experience is required (2+ years).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. is required.
• Some electrical, plumbing, concrete and general carpentry experience preferred.
• Shows initiative in daily work and teamwork expected.
• Drywall and remodel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all physical assets of the facility to high standards.
• Perform regular general service and repair tasks.
• Take initiative to go above and beyond to keep the facility exceptional.
• Be friendly and open to meeting residents, staff, and visitors.

We currently have openings for a Maintenance Assistant. The successful qualified candidate will be part of an incredible team that helps to insure the building structure and appearance is of the highest standard.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Work as a motivated team member to guarantee the exceptional in maintaining all physical assets of the facility
• Perform regular general service and repair
• Take the initiative to go above and beyond to maintain an extraordinarily facility
• Be friendly in nature and open to meeting new people

Qualifications And Skills

We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:
