Job summary

Allure HCS is seeking a Regional Maintenance professional to oversee the maintenance department across multiple centers in IL. You will coordinate activities, ensure safety compliance, and drive preventive maintenance programs while managing capital expenditure needs.

The role requires 5–10 years of building maintenance leadership, strong blueprint reading, and knowledge of building systems. Join a team focused on safe, clean, and efficient facilities across Mendota, Peru, Pinecrest, Zion SNF

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 5-10 years of building experience as a maintenance director.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and related mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the maintenance department.
• Oversee documentation, work orders, and facility operations incl. fire alarm, sprinklers, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Coordinate maintenance services with other departments.
• Assist in establishing a preventive maintenance program.
• Repair facility/resident property as necessary.
• Inspect storage rooms and supply areas for upkeep.
• Participate in facility surveys/inspections by government agencies.
• Ensure safety regulations and guidelines are followed.
• Communicate issues and needs for capital expenditure.
