Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Northern New England is seeking a Regional Health Care Associate Support Specialist to provide on-site clinical and administrative support across Manchester, Exeter, and Derry, NH. This role includes patient intake, gatekeeping, and coordination of care with the clinical team.

You will mentor HCAs in basic procedures, assist with eligibility screening, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR.

Responsibilities

• Mentor HCAs on venipuncture, injections, vital signs, and patient intake.
• Assist with financial screening and insurance eligibility.
• Check-in/out patients; ensure charges and insurance processing.
• Subject matter expert for the EHR system and documentation practices.
• Clean and restock exam rooms; support dynamic clinical flow.
• May perform/mentor lab tests and ultrasonography after training.
