Planned Parenthood of Northern New England is seeking a Regional Health Care Associate Support Specialist to provide clinical and front desk support across NH sites. You will mentor HCAs, perform venipuncture, injections, vital signs, and lead patient intake with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role involves flexible regional coverage, day/evening shifts, travel within NH and collaboration with a diverse team to ensure accurate billing, eligibility screening, and exceptional

Qualificações

• High School Degree or Equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor HCAs on venipuncture, injections, vital signs, patient intake and informed consent.
• Assist patients with financial screening and insurance eligibility for state-funded programs.
• Check patients in/out and ensure correct charges and insurance billing.
• Serve as subject matter expert in the EHR system, templates, and medical documentation compliance.
• Clean and restock exam rooms; assist with lab tests/procedures after training.
