Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Northern New England seeks a Regional Health Care Associate Support Specialist to provide front-line clinical support across Manchester, Exeter, and Derry, NH, and travel within the region. You will perform venipuncture, injections, vital signs, patient intake, screening, and accurate documentation in EPIC while ensuring excellent patient service.

This full-time flex role covers CTOs, leaves, and vacancies, requires travel, and may include day, evening, and weekend shifts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• Comfort with all services provided by PPNNE.
• Willingness to learn, flexibility and teamwork.
• 2–3 years of health care/patient care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to multiple sites within the region.

Responsibilities

• Mentor HCAs and perform venipuncture, injections, vital signs, patient intake and informed consent.
• Assist with financial screening, insurance eligibility, and fee schedules.
• Check in/out patients, confirm charges and insurance.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the EHR system (EPIC) and documentation.
• Restock and clean exam rooms; support lab tests/procedures after training.
• Cover CTO, leaves, vacancies, and travel within NH region; flexible hours.
