Qualifications

• Must have a track record of leading high‑performing sales teams in BAS/BMS, HVAC controls, MEP or related commercial construction sectors.
• Proven ability to grow revenue by developing strategic accounts, coaching teams, and driving pipeline execution.
• Hands‑on leadership style with substantial field time alongside the sales team.
