Penn State Health in Camp Hill, PA, seeks a Regional Manager of Patient Safety and Peer Review to lead regional patient safety efforts and peer review across the system.

You will collaborate with Quality and Regulatory leaders, oversee investigations, reporting and remediation with regulatory agencies, and serve as the Patient Safety Officer for assigned locations. A healthcare degree, leadership background, and RN licensure are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field required.
• Three (3) years of related experience required.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Certification in Patient Safety within three (3) years of hire or transfer required.
• Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage regional wide Patient Safety and Peer Review Departments.
• Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory leaders to improve care quality and safety.
• Oversee evaluation, investigation, reporting and remediation with regulatory agencies.
• Serve as Patient Safety Officer for assigned locations.
