Workout Anytime in Raleigh seeks a General Manager with the potential to advance to Regional Manager. You will lead a club, grow memberships and PT sales, manage payroll and operations, and drive a great member experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to two-location regional leadership by year-end. You’ll be part of a fast-growing franchise platform, supported by corporate leadership, proven systems, coaching, and franchise-wide competitions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in fitness environments is preferred.
• Ability to grow membership and personal training revenue.
• Proven track record in team development and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Workout Anytime location with focus on membership growth and PT sales.
• Oversee payroll and labor efficiency, operations and member experience.
• Drive KPI tracking and local growth with franchise support.
• Hire, coach and develop the team for succession to regional leadership.
• Manage training, retention and community outreach.
