Qualifikationen

• Certification: Current nationally accredited personal training certification and CPR/AED.
• Experience: Minimum one year of training clients in a gym setting. Management experience preferred.
• Sales experience: Personally sold gym memberships or personal training packages.
• Education: B.S. in exercise science or related field preferred, not required.
• Availability: Early mornings and evenings.
• Physical: Able to lift moderate to heavy weight regularly and demonstrate exercises safely.

• Close: convert assessments and sessions into paid training with commissions.
• Sell personally: run Success Sessions, close, and train.
• Build the team: hire, certify, schedule, coach trainers, and conduct accountability meetings.
• Deliver results: showcase testimonials and transformations; renewals signal success.
• Run the numbers: track assessments, show rate, close rate, and department profit.
• Own the department P&L: reconcile programming revenue and commissions; manage payroll.
• Grow with us: drive expansion to additional locations.
