The ideal candidate holds an ACE, ISSA, or NASM certification, has at least one year of management experience, and an outgoing, people‑oriented personality.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited fitness certifications (ACE/ISSA/NASM) required.
• Minimum of one year of management experience.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience or related degrees are encouraged; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support Fitness Director in daily club operations.
• Supervise and coach club staff and trainers.
• Assist with member engagement and retention programs.
