Qualifications

• Current nationally accredited personal training certification.
• CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the personal training department.
• Sell personal training packages to members.
• Lead and develop the two existing trainers and recruit as needed.
• Coach consultations, sales conversations and follow-up to hit revenue targets.
• Track performance metrics: show rates, close rates, average sale, and revenue.
