Job summary

Kestra Financial seeks a Regional Growth Partner to serve as an internal strategic and operational partner to the Regional Managing Directors, driving growth, profitability, and execution across partner firms. You will provide financial modeling, budgeting support, executive presentation development, and coordination of regional priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• Five+ years of experience in strategy, finance, consulting, business operations, wealth management, or related discipline.
• Experience building financial models, budgets, forecasts, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support organic growth, profitability, advisor productivity, client acquisition, and revenue expansion across partner firms.
• Analyze firm and regional performance to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and leadership needs.
• Develop growth plans, business cases, and action plans for partner firms and regional initiatives.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and materials for regional reviews and leadership discussions.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to advance regional and firm-level priorities.
