Job summary

Emerus seeks a Regional Business Development Manager to drive volume growth within assigned regions and work with hospital partners, physicians and community leaders. You will coordinate with marketing leadership to implement go-to-market strategies and engage referral sources.

You will travel to facilities within your region, present proposals, and lead initiatives to exceed annual growth goals while representing the Emerus brand in the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales, business development or field marketing experience with direct responsibility for meeting sales goals.
• Experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
• Ability to interpret and disseminate market information and patient utilization patterns.
• Experience in crafting proposals to garner business and solidify relationships.
• Experience in making presentations and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates win-win relationships with key referral sources to drive patient volume within assigned facilities.
• Supports development and execution of programs to engage with prospective and current patients to generate referrals.
• Acts as a brand ambassador and community liaison to build reputation and connection with the communities we serve.
• Works with the corporate brand team to execute local marketing campaigns.
• Successfully executes product launches to meet regional goals.
• Gathers, analyzes market and competitive information to optimize local marketing activities.
• Acts as marketing liaison to regional staff.
• Facilitates relationships with hospital partner staff.
