Job summary

Pest USA is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations, sales, and service across multiple branches in the Charlotte, NC region. You will hire, train, and develop personnel while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Lead branch managers, manage budgets, monitor performance, and report financial results monthly. Travel across the region as needed and uphold a family-owned culture with strong leadership support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in the pest control industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willing to travel across the region as needed
• Ability to work evenings/weekends as required
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Able to pass drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily operations of multiple branches within the assigned region
• Ensure branches meet performance targets and profitability while adhering to standards
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate branch managers
• Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and inspections for compliance
• Manage budgets, monitor objectives, and support revenue goals
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual operational/financial reports
• Attend inspections and owner/branch meetings
• Maintain safety and regulatory standards across branches
• Serve as liaison between corporate and branch operations
