Job summary

Aruza Pest Control is seeking a Branch Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead daily operations and deliver top-tier pest control service. You will drive sales initiatives, mentor technicians, and ensure high client satisfaction through ongoing coaching and process improvements.

Responsibilities include coordinating training, managing branch assets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while supporting growth through licensure and product knowledge expansion.

Qualifications

• Full-time exempt position.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Occasional evenings or weekends may be required based on operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to ensure 100% client satisfaction through training and field coaching.
• Drive sales initiatives and incentives to boost branch revenue and performance.
• Oversee assets (vehicles, equipment, products) and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Provide guidance to technicians and educate clients on environmentally responsible products.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and growth through licensure and product knowledge.
