Job summary

Aruza Pest Control in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Branch Manager to ensure the successful operation of the location, deliver high-quality service by technicians, and achieve 100% client satisfaction. You will oversee administrative tasks, lead the service team, and drive revenue growth through targeted sales and process improvements.

This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and hands-on coaching with opportunities to expand skills and licensure.

Qualifications

This is a full-time, exempt position.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for insurance purposes.
May require occasional evening or weekend hours depending on operational needs.
Ability to learn and navigate company technology including routing software and mobile apps used for field service documentation.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as part of routine product handling, equipment movement, or inspections.

Responsibilities

Drive earnings potential for yourself and technicians through sales initiatives and service excellence.
Set up service technicians for success through targeted training and follow-up.
Educate teams and clients on environmentally responsible products.
Oversee assets including vehicles, equipment, and products; delegate inspections as needed.
Lead branch objectives through regular meetings and action plans.
Ensure 100% client satisfaction through training, field observation, and follow-up.
Identify coaching opportunities and drive incentive programs to boost revenue.
