Job summary

Travel up to 70% is required as the position collaborates with hospital leaders and corporate teams to execute strategic plans, evaluate performance, and prepare data-driven decisions for regional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited institution.
• Master of Healthcare Administration or MBA with Healthcare concentration required.
• 2 years operations within an acute care hospital experience required; CHS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads market growth initiatives to increase volume and market share.
• Coordinates with regional leaders and corporate teams on strategic planning, real estate, managed care and provider services.
• Analyzes data to forecast revenue, volume and performance metrics for growth initiatives.
• Prepares site-visit agendas and data for facility presentations; supports regional leadership cadence.
• Ensures progress on strategic initiatives, tracking outcomes and maintaining deadlines.
