The role requires frequent travel across Tennessee to rural communities and partnerships with providers and community partners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of healthcare operations leadership, expertise in budgeting and compliance, and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams while advancing population

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, nursing, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-site healthcare, community health, ambulatory, rural health, or population health operations.
• Must complete training and certification in both the Motivational Interviewing Certification Program and Health Coaching Certification Program within the first 90 days of employment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and reimbursement models.
• Valid driver's license; extensive travel across Tennessee.

• Lead the state-wide network of Health Hub locations to optimize operations and performance.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue cycle, and financial stewardship to support growth and efficiency.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing teams while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Build partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local stakeholders to expand access and impact.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, patient outcomes, and population health goals.
