D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Region Marketing Manager to serve as the primary liaison between national and division marketing teams and leadership.

The role focuses on aligning marketing resources with regional opportunities to boost local awareness and brand consistency across markets. The ideal candidate will drive adoption of enterprise strategies, lead cross-team collaboration, and use data to identify growth opportunities and measure performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Four to six years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn DRH applications.
• Ability to travel; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the strategic marketing advisor to Region and Division leadership.
• Align marketing priorities with business objectives, sales goals, and market opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among Marketing, Sales, Online Concierge, and Division Leadership teams.
