Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, business development, or related disciplines within architecture, design, real estate, or professional services.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-office, geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with executive leadership and influence decision-making.
• Strong strategic planning skills to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable goals.
• Experience creating and managing regional marketing plans, BD strategies, and performance targets.
• Track record of leading through consensus across diverse stakeholders.
• Identifying strengths, talent gaps, and development opportunities to build high-performing teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong design literacy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders to drive growth, market positioning, and business expansion.
• Develop an annual regional strategic plan and integrated marketing, communications, and BD plans.
• Leverage client insights and competitive analysis to guide resource allocation.
• Coordinate across a matrixed org to align priorities and execute regional strategies.
