Job summary

NBBJ is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to translate business strategy into coordinated marketing actions across Seattle, leading pursuits, client development and market activation. You will work with Practice Marketing leadership to drive go-to-market initiatives and maintain disciplined practice operations.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring ownership, momentum and the ability to bring structure to complex programs.

Qualifications

• Approximately 7–10 years of marketing experience in architecture, design or complex B2B environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic proposals, pursuits or other complex client-facing marketing efforts.
• Ability to translate business strategy into organized programs and measurable outcomes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Comfort with senior leaders and cross-functional discussions.
• Analytical mindset with CRM, dashboards and business development data.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority pursuits from prepositioning through proposal and debrief, translating insights into positioning.
• Coach Marketing Coordinators on strategy, storytelling, content and execution.
• Apply Lead-to-Win methods and guide Seattle leaders on marketing and client development.
