Job summary

The Regional Director of Business Development at Cantex leads sales, marketing, census development, and referral growth across an assigned DFW region with routine travel.

They partner with hospital systems, physicians, case managers, ACOs, and health plans to drive census, admissions, occupancy, and revenue growth while shaping strategic business development programs and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading multi-facility long-term care sales and marketing.
• 5+ years in healthcare business development.
• Strong SNF/post-acute care and referral networks knowledge.
• Proven census, admissions, occupancy, and revenue achievement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regional sales and marketing plans.
• Drive census growth and occupancy across facilities.
• Lead BD teams to meet census goals.
• Strengthen referral relationships with hospitals and physicians.
• Analyze market opportunities and demographic trends.
• Coach and train regional marketing staff.
• Collaborate with operations to meet financial and quality goals.
