Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development to lead sales, marketing, census development, and referral growth across the DFW region with travel to SNFs.

This role designs and executes strategic programs that drive census, occupancy, and revenue, partnering with hospital systems, physicians, case managers, ACOs, health plans, and community referral sources to exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership in multi-facility long-term care sales and marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare business development experience.
• Strong understanding of SNF, post-acute and long-term care networks.
• Proven census, admissions, occupancy, and revenue achievement.
• Experience coaching sales and business development teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Some college coursework in Marketing/Business/Healthcare Admin.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales and marketing plans for the region.
• Drive census growth, admissions growth, occupancy improvement, and payer mix optimization.
• Lead and influence BD teams to achieve census goals.
• Develop referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, ACOs, managed care orgs, and community partners.
• Identify market opportunities and growth opportunities through market analysis and demographic research.
• Spearhead initiatives to increase market share and regional brand awareness.
• Evaluate marketing collateral and campaigns for effectiveness.
• Support community outreach programs to enhance facility visibility.
