Job summary

Roofing Talent America (RTA) is seeking a territory builder to establish a new California roofing footprint with autonomy over market development and hiring. You will develop relationships with general contractors, consultants and building owners to win service and project work, leveraging existing estimating support for pricing and scoping.

This role offers compensation tied to performance, with private equity backing to fund market expansion.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing background across sales, service, operations or project management.
• Established relationships in Ventura, Thousand Oaks, Santa Clarita or northern LA markets.
• Track record of winning and delivering work with limited local infrastructure.
• Comfortable wearing several hats through the early stage.

Responsibilities

• Establish the business in a new territory and own how it is built.
• Develop general contractor, consultant and building owner relationships across the local market.
• Win service and project work, using existing estimating support to price and scope.
• Identify local labor, subcontractors and the first permanent hires.
• Build enough revenue and pipeline to justify a permanent local team.
• Move from market builder into regional leadership as the territory grows.
