Job summary

Trinchero Family Estates is seeking a District Manager to lead sales initiatives across the division, working with distributor teams to grow the Trinchero portfolio and educate key accounts. You will build relationships with distributor reps and DM’s, deliver data‑driven selling stories, and execute the company strategy through market plans, trainings, events, and quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 Years of Experience in field sales or related area.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to develop new business and close sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and expanding distribution for branded products via distributor networks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, active presence in the market, influencing accounts and delivering the Trinchero annual plan with distributors.
• Build and deliver insightful, fact-based selling stories to drive distributor and key account growth.
• Lead market execution by coordinating with distributor sales teams, trainings, events, and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and execute priority marketing programs within assigned areas.
• Plan using sales tools and data to build pre-plans for days/weeks and track progress across channels.
