Own and deliver revenue and gross profit targets for your assigned region
Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to increase market share
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
Build, manage, and expand key accounts and strategic customer relationships
Develop strong partnerships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners
Analyze territory performance, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate closely with customer service, marketing, operations, pricing, and leadership teams to ensure strong execution
Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, business reviews, and product training
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in the CRM
