Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience, with hospice or home health preferred.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed growth goals at both individual and team levels.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of hospice liaisons to foster accountability and growth.
• Engage with referral partners to generate referrals, support admissions, and drive census growth.
• Own market performance by using data and insights to expand reach and strengthen partnerships.
• Represent Ethos at healthcare associations and community events to promote services.
