5+ years of people leadership in commercial/sales teams.
Proven market development, new business acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
Experience through product launches/commercialization or high-growth environments.
Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to drive adoption, utilization, and penetration.
Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives.
Drive new account acquisition and account expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and IDS.
Identify and pursue high-value market opportunities and strategic accounts.
Build go-to-market strategies for community oncology practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
Establish executive-level relationships with oncology/pathology/breast program leadership and C‑suite stakeholders.
Collaborate with pathologists to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
Lead discussions on value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
Coach effective clinical selling; ensure field teams communicate clinical data and assay differentiation.
Recruit/onboard/train/mentor talent; conduct field coaching, business reviews, pipeline/forecasting.
Set territory expectations/KPIs; support launch readiness; provide competitive intelligence/market feedback.
Maintain accurate forecasting/CRM reporting and ensure compliance with industry standards.
