Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a field-based commercial leader to drive adoption and utilization growth of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay for early-stage breast cancer recurrence risk. You will build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, drive new account acquisition, and develop GTM strategies across oncology networks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of people leadership in commercial teams.
Proven revenue growth and market development experience.
Experience launching products in high-growth environments.
CRM, forecasting, and BI proficiency; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to drive adoption and market penetration.
Build, lead, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives.
Drive new account acquisition and expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and IDNs.
Identify high-value market opportunities and strategic accounts.
Create go-to-market strategies for community oncology, academic medical centers, and health systems.
Build executive-level relationships with key accounts and C-suite stakeholders.
Lead tissue access optimization and workflow integration with pathologists and operational teams.
Lead value-based care discussions and stay current on breast cancer pathways and reimbursement dynamics.
Ensure teams communicate clinical data/validation and differentiation vs competitors.
Recruit, onboard, coach, manage pipelines, forecast, and performance development.
Set territory expectations and KPIs; support product launch readiness; provide market feedback.
Ensure accurate CRM/reporting/forecasting and compliance.
