Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Business Director for MI Clarity to lead regional and national adoption of an AI-powered prognostic assay for early-stage breast cancer. This field-based role focuses on strategic expansion, development of a high-performing team of Account Executives, and execution of go-to-market plans across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and IDNs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years people leadership in commercial teams.
• Proven sales organization building and revenue growth.
• Experience through launches and high-growth commercialization.
• CRM, forecasting, analytics, BI; travel within geography.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to grow adoption and market penetration.
• Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives.
• Drive new account acquisition and expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and IDN networks.
• Identify high-value opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Create go-to-market strategies for community practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
• Build executive relationships with oncology/pathology/breast programs and C-suite stakeholders.
• Collaborate with pathologists to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
• Lead value-based care discussions and reimbursement strategies.
• Coach clinical selling; differentiate messaging vs. competitors.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor talent; manage pipeline, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Support product launch, messaging refinement, and field readiness; provide competitive intelligence.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM use; comply with regulations.
