Job summary

Ornua is seeking an Account Executive for the Regional Grocery East with a strong track record in CPG sales. You will drive Kerrygold growth, manage top retail partners, and work cross-functionally with finance, supply chain, and marketing. Remote work with periodic Evanston, IL engagement is offered.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years' account sales experience, proficiency in data tools, and solid communication skills. Travel as needed is required and a competitive compensation package is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account sales experience in the CPG industry.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience using syndicated data tools such as Nielsen or Circana (IRI).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial partner for key retail customers.
• Drive growth, market share, and profitability for Kerrygold products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category Management.
• Expand distribution and strengthen retailer partnerships.
