Job summary

Americans for Prosperity in North Dakota is seeking a Regional Field Manager to recruit and engage grassroots leaders across Fargo and the state. You will mobilize volunteers to support AFP priorities and policy reforms.

Ideal candidates bring grassroots advocacy experience, strong relationship-building, and the willingness to travel within North Dakota, including evenings and weekends. AFP offers meaningful work and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Passion for people and ability to build relationships with diverse communities.
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes.
• Self-motivation and time management to achieve objectives.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and activities.
• Collaborative work with AFP staff and activists.
• Willingness to canvass neighborhoods and coordinate volunteers.
• A valid driver's license to travel within North Dakota as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists in Fargo and surrounding areas and recruit them as leaders.
• Equip local leaders with AFP training and resources.
• Organize events to engage the public by phone, social media, or in person.
• Maintain regular contact with activists to keep them active and informed.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors and ensure compliance with laws.
