Job summary

Stand Together’s Americans for Prosperity–Texas team seeks a Regional Field Manager (Grassroots Engagement Director) to identify and mobilize grassroots leaders across Texas, driving policy reform and engagement. Based in the Gulf Coast/Greater Houston market, you will recruit volunteers, organize events, and guide contractors to expand AFP's impact.

You will train activists, coordinate outreach, and ensure ongoing communication to keep them motivated and compliant with laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots advocacy or campaigns preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists across the state and motivate them to advocate for change.
• Equip local leaders with AFP training and resources.
• Organize events and outreach to educate the public on policy issues.
• Maintain regular contact to keep activists informed and active.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors, ensuring compliance.
