Job summary

Americans for Prosperity (AFP) is seeking a Regional Field Manager to identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders across Toledo and Northwest Ohio, driving policy reforms aligned with AFP principles.

You will mobilize volunteers, organize community events, and connect leaders with AFP training and resources to amplify impact and reach. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit and mobilize grassroots leaders.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal public policy.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists in Toledo, Lucas County, and Northwest Ohio and motivate them to advocate for change.
• Equip local leaders with AFP resources and training to amplify impact.
• Organize events and outreach to engage the public face-to-face and via phone/social channels.
• Maintain regular contact with activists to keep them informed and active.
