Job summary

ADM is seeking a Regional Grain Manager in Frankfort, IN to lead profitability, oversee regional facilities, and coordinate trading with the Central Indiana team. You will direct merchandising, logistics, and ensure adherence to corporate policies while mentoring location managers and operations staff.

The role requires a BA/BS and 5–10 years’ elevator/trading experience in grain and related products, with strong MS Office skills and a proven track record in fast-paced commodity markets.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidate should have a B.A. or B.S. degree along with a minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in such roles as elevator management, trading grain and/or feed products and booking truck, rail and barge freight.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) required.
• Able to hear and speak clearly; read, comprehend and communicate, orally and in writing in order to effectively communicate in person or by phone.
• Proven experience of working successfully in a fast paced commodity trading environment
