Job summary

Ascendco Health seeks a Regional Platform Specialist to guide go-live implementations and post go-live optimization of our cloud-based software for healthcare clients.

You will travel up to 75% to support hospitals and surgical services, coordinate with client project teams, manage relationships with stakeholders, and share knowledge to expand deployments while delivering reliable, data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Travel up to 75% to support clients across geographies.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years in Sterile Processing or Surgical Services.
• Proven project management, technical support, or implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Onsite Go-Lives: lead go-live activities, configure systems, test, document, and ensure smooth transitions.
• Account Management: maintain executive and stakeholder relationships, gather feedback, and drive post go-live support.
• Knowledge Sharing: document lessons learned and lead training to expand deployments.
