This hands-on role requires strategic leadership, a track record in aggregates or heavy construction, and the ability to travel regionally to manage sites and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in aggregates, mining, or heavy-construction operations.
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or customer management within aggregates, construction materials, or a related industry.
• MSHA knowledge and safety regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and operation of aggregate production sites.
• Grow regional customer base and negotiate quotes.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
