Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Regional Infrastructure Market Director for Geotechnical, Environmental & Construction Engineering Services to lead the Burlington, NJ sector. This seller-doer role requires a licensed engineer with a strong geotechnical foundation and experience in CMT/special inspection and environmental services.

The role focuses on developing key client relationships across southern NJ and the Philadelphia region, directing staff, and partnering with sector and division leaders to deliver

Qualifications

• BD leadership and client development experience.
• Strong geotechnical/CMT/environmental consulting background.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver results.
• Experience managing P&L or operations for a sector.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability for the Burlington sector, including backlog, utilization, revenue, margin, AR/collections and forecasting.
• Lead business development and client retention for geotechnical, CMT/special inspection, and environmental work; manage senior client relationships.
• Direct day-to-day operations: staffing, scheduling, subcontractors, equipment, safety and quality.
• Act as senior technical reviewer and engineer of record for geotechnical deliverables where licensed.
• Recruit, develop and retain staff; build bench strength and succession.
• Coordinate with NJ sector, Northeast Division and national leads on resources, pricing, and cross-selling.
• Represent Atlas in the regional market with industry associations and prequalifications.
