Our Environmental Geospatial and Data Services Business Center (BC) is seeking a Team Leader to oversee, grow, and manage our Geospatial team in the Great Lakes region. This region includes Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Minnesota.
Our Business Center comprises over 160 Geospatial and Data Specialists serving both the United States and Canada. On average, our specialists have an average of 15 years of experience and have been with the company for at least 10 years. We have approximately 20 geospatial staff in the region.
The Team Leader will report to the Business Center Operating Leader (BCOL) and collaborate closely with Business Center Practice Leaders (BCPLs) and other Team Leaders—both within our BC and across other BCs, mainly in Environmental service BC to manage workload, support staff development, and pursue business opportunities.
At Stantec, Team Leaders are expected to work from the office at least three days per week.

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
