SRM Concrete is seeking a high-impact General Manager to oversee regional operations across multiple sites. You will lead plant managers, drive performance, and ensure safety, service, and operational excellence while managing financial results and growth opportunities.

You will mentor teams, optimize dispatch and maintenance, and build strong customer relationships. Your data-driven approach and commitment to safety will be essential to our continued success across SRM's nationwide footprint.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ready-mix, construction, or PM roles.
• Experience leading multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of plant systems, dispatch, logistics, and maintenance.
• Customer-focused, data-driven, and tech-savvy.
• Excellent communication and team development skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of production, dispatch, maintenance, customer relationships, and financial performance within your assigned region.
• Lead and mentor plant managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure efficient, on-time dispatch and delivery of ready-mix products.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and uptime.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving complex issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Use data and technology to monitor KPIs and drive operational improvements.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites.
• Manage regional P&L, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of SRM Concrete.
